Customer Service Customer Service
Centre Management is located on the lower level near Le Desire. Services available include lost property and general customer enquiries. The office operates Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Malvern Central Carpark
Keep your visit stress free. We have 745 free carparking spaces, and not a parking inspector in sight! Keep your visit stress free with free undercover parking under Malvern Central. Malvern Central’s carpark opens 6.30am -10.30pm, almost every day of the year and is easily accessible via Wattletree Road or Glenferrie Road.

Parking for disabled and parents with prams available close to centre entrances. For carpark enquiries please call centre management on 03 9509 2288.
Public Toilets
Public toilets are available on the upper level of shops, near Hyacinth Bucket and on the lower level next to Feathers.
Parent Room Facilities
Parent room facilities are located on the upper level of the centre next to The Athletes Foot. The room contains nappy change tables, a microwave oven, play area and secure toilet facilities.
'Parents with Prams' parking bays have also been provided and are conveniently located close to the centre's entrance.
Wheelchair Hire and Disability Access
Wheelchair hire is a free service, for customers who have either permanent or temporary limited mobility. It is available during all centre trading hours but must be booked at centre Management during office hours (8:30am-5:30pm Monday to Friday).

Wheelchair access is also available at both entrances to the centre. Lifts are available both in the carpark and in the centre.
